My wife Susan and I run the company. Susan is our office manager and inspection scheduler.

We have completed many different types of inspections in the Waco area.  Every accessible inch of the property is inspected including structural, electrical, air conditioning/heating systems and plumbing according to the Texas Standards of Practice.  We will notify the client of any item that is a deficiency based on the Texas Standards of Practice.  We provide quality color photos with every inspection.  You will have a good understanding of every item on the report by the time we are finished.

We have been in the building and maintenance industry since 1973 and inspecting homes in Waco, China Spring, Woodway, Bellmead, Lacy Lakeview, Mart, Valley Mills, Clifton, Eddy, and  the greater Central Texas Region since 2004. We have provided honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports.
